FAQs
What if I’m not sure which video I need?
Let’s chat! We have decades of experience in coaching our clients through the discovery process where we hold the project’s objectives and target audience up against the anticipated delivery methods. From there, we can recommend an approach that is best suited to achieve the project goals.
How much input / time do I need to commit to?
As much or as little as makes you comfortable! We often compare the client relationship like a relay race—we can take the baton from you when you’re ready. As long as we have agreed on the primary milestones and the script is approved, we can take it from there.
I know what I want. Can you just film and edit it?
We sure can—and find we do our best work when we partner with our clients in a holistic way that includes the creative approach all the way through the distribution strategy.
Where can I publish my video once it is done?
You can post your video to YouTube or Vimeo, your website or social media. If we’re creating something for broadcast, we can deliver the video to any station in the country.
Do I need more than one video?
That depends on your objectives! Typically one video is able to achieve a client’s goals but if we are creating a series of videos, there are economies of scale in developing content at the same time.
How long does it take to produce a video?
We like to have four to six weeks from greenlight to deliverables if possible. Need something on a tighter deadline? Let’s make it happen.
Do I need to hire actors, find locations, or bring props?
You don’t have to—let us fuss over the details so you can stay focused on the bigger picture.
What cities can you film in?
RENDER has filmed all over the country—from L.A. to D.C. and Texas to Montana!
Can you make the video accessible to all audiences?
We can create closed captions, subtitles, and multilingual versions of your final video as the need is established. Multilingual versions of videos may include subtitles in a second language or fresh narration done by a native speaker.
